Description
The wine is made with Macabeo and Xarel·lo grapes from their own vineyards. After the first winter, the formula of red vermouth herbs is added, resulting in a vermouth base that will rest and refine, in boots, between nine and twelve months. These boots had contained Sherry wines, they were used in their time to transport wine and adapted today to store vermouth.
