It is the result of the union between two families that share the same values and tradition: the Mexican family of Don Rodolfo González, expert tequila distillers for 125 years, and the Torres family, wine and brandy producers since 1870.
Both families join their knowledge to produce this sensational limited production tequila, of only 10,000 bottles a year, presented in an elegant wooden case that shows the iconic bottle with rounded shapes.
Fundación Familia Torres: The Foundation was created in 1986 by Miguel Torres Carbó, under the presidency of his wife, Margarita Riera Puig.
In 2004, Waltraud Maczassek, wife of Miguel A. Torres, president of Bodegas Torres takes over and since 2017 has served as honorary president.
Currently, the Foundation is chaired by Mireia Torres Maczassek, fifth generation of the Torres Family.
