The Wheat Guardian 33 cl is made from wheat and is based on the German Weizenbier beers, very refreshing and smooth, with a medium body. In its composition you will notice wheat malt, German Hallertauer and Herkule hops and wheat malt. It has a cloudy color as it is not pasteurized and has a very creamy white foam. It has an alcohol content of 5%.
With the Wheat Guardian 33 cl you will enjoy the typical aromas of the cereal, hints of citrus and spices. On the palate, it is slightly spicy due to carbonation. You will feel the citrus and wheat with notes of clove and banana. Beers of this style maintain a certain acidity, it is excellent to accompany roasted and smoked meats and appetizers.
