This gin is particular that Bramley apples are used organically grown during the process, these blocks are fermented cider before being distilled in vodka, once distilled re-distill the mixture of gin and eleven Botanical wild.

The result is a pure gin obtained with a sweet aroma, citrus and herbal in the mouth is pleasant, because it shows the sweetness of apples merged with juniper and citrus.

En un viaje a los Estados Unidos en 2004, Chase se dio cuenta de que podía usar sus papas para producir vodka . Con esta comprensión, decidió convertir uno de sus graneros en una destilería y comprar un alambiquegrande. La primera cosecha se produjo el 1 de abril de 2008 y el primer lote de vodka se produjo en junio del mismo año.
