Every stage in the creation of this Scotch whiskey is completed at Kilchoman, Islay's distillery.
From growing the barley to bottling the whiskey it is 100% Islay. Peat 20 PPM.
Nose: Light, fresh citrus notes followed by a hint of caramel, sherry and charred peat embers.
Palate: A lovely balance of fresh fruit, spiced chocolate and cinnamon with smooth lingering peat smoke.
Finish: A balance of intense sweetness, smooth peat smoke and bursts of mixed fruit.

La destilería comenzó a producirse en junio de 2005 y fue la primera que se construyó en la isla de Islay en 124 años. La destilería utiliza cebada cultivada en el sitio en Rockside Farm y malteada en la destilería, así como malta de las malterías de Port Ellen y libera embotellados por separado según la fuente del grano.
