Gin based on an old 19th century colonial recipe found in the archives of Maison Boudier, a unique gin produced by Gabriel Boudier, a French distillery located in Dijon well known for its 140 years of great experience and knowledge.
Gin Saffron is obtained from a traditional distillation in a single copper still which, once distilled, is infused with saffron for two days.
As a result of this union, an orange colored gin is obtained , due to the saffron that gives off a very marked aroma of juniper and citrus that turns out to have that classic flavor in the mouth where a slight spicy touch that comes from the fennel is perceived.
