The Palm Belgian Craft Brewers is responsible for the production of Palm Belgian beer. Located in Steenhuffel, Belgium, this brewery is known for the production of Palm beer, whose creation was made in 1929 by Arthur Van Roy, husband of one of the brewery's heiresses.
Palm is a beer “Spéciale Belga Ale”, one of the best Belgian beers of the early 20th century. A high-fermentation beer that is made with amber-colored single malts that give it that smooth caramel flavor so sweet, very similar to honey.
Its aroma is achieved thanks to the yeast, an intensive selection of different strains of yeast from the Van Roy family that each give it its own fruity character, in the case of Palm it is fermented with a specific yeast that gives it that fruity flavor.

Brouwerij palma tiene historia ya antigua, pero el nombre "Palm" data de 1929. Inicialmente llamada la cerveza de Palm especial, en referencia tanto al tipo de cerveza Speciale Belge y el otro a la palma fue el logotipo como un signo de la victoria de la cerveza de fermentación alta (La palma es de alta fermentación) en lager de baja fermentación.
