In her own words, being a teacher Rum maker means "having the ability, the taste and olfactory sensitivity as well as the dedication to know how to mix different types of rums with different aging vintages in order to create products of the highest quality".
It is the mixture of their knowledge, experience and feminine sensitivity which gives the special touch to Carúpano rums, and thus its unique flavors and aromas are of a unique quality, managing to awaken infinite sensations in those who taste it.
