Austria Gold is a Scottish champagne called Sekt, which means wine with dissolved gas.
In its preparation uses a method called champenoise method used for it to be considered champagne and differentiates it from other copies. Champagne is a great tradition that incorporates food inside 23 carat gold fit to consume.
Its color is golden clean, very pleasant nose with small soft notes of mild aromas of tropical fruits. In the mouth the first sensation that transmits is soft, somewhat dry but fruity notes at the end, has very low acidity quality that helps make you want to continue drinking.
