A brandy manufactured by González Byass wineries that was created so that Spanish cognac was different from the rest of the drinks.
The González Byass group was founded in 1855 and has other drinks among its brands such as Uncle Pepe. The interest of these Jerez wineries in the production of brandy began in the 20th century and over the years they have been working until they found the perfect mixture.
The process by which this brandy is made is the method of aging called criaderas and solera, which consists of carefully mixing the liquors from the casks of different levels of aging until the characteristics determined in the drink are found.
