Description
Quinta Apolonia is Belondrade's second white. It is the wine resulting from the first assemblage of the year and brings together the freshness of the plots that fermented in tanks and the structure and complexity of those that fermented in barrels. It is a blend of two different wines, albeit from the same varietal: Verdejo. The first is made with grapes from the winery's youngest vineyards and is slowly fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The second (almost a third of the coupage), of wine aged for 3 months on its lees.
