Each sip reveals a complex, mature, personal and special Tempranillo from start to finish.
Made with grapes from 3 small plots of strains twisted by the passage of time grown on hillsides with poor soils, with lower yields at 2000 kilos per hectare. 18 months in French oak barrels. Subsequent aging in the bottle for a minimum of 14 months. Artisan production and manual harvest in 18-kilo boxes and fermented in 225-liter extra-fine-grain French oak barrels, with malolactic fermentation in the barrel and frequent batonages to keep the fine lees in suspension.
