Manual harvest. Spontaneous fermentation with own yeasts and temperatures below 26º. 18 months of aging in French and American oak barrels. Subsequent aging for a minimum of 18 months in the bottle.
It is delicate, elegant with delicious aromas of toasted, smoked, mineral and undergrowth memories in harmony with ripe black fruit.
It is a long wine, with rich acidity and the freshness necessary to continue drinking another glass.
