All the expressions that this brand gives off are based on three pillars: unfiltered wine, a unique distillation process and carefully applied maturation. The brand's Master Distiller searches for the best unfiltered wines to make them as pure as possible in flavor. A small batch distillation is then carried out in pot stills, where quality is more important than quantity. Finally, it matures in relatively small and lightly toasted oak barrels, so there is a greater interaction between the brandy and the wood.
