Etsu Double Yuzu Gin macerates for seven days a series of traditional botanicals such as Japanese Yuzu, juniper berries, licorice root, angelica, coriander and matcha tea. After maceration, only the gin is distilled without the botanicals to add fresh mountain water, which gives this gin its fresh flavor. Fresh and citrusy gin, made with natural ingredients, giving this gin a unique and light flavor.
