Description
Cojón de Gato is an irreverent red from  Somontano  made with Merlot, Shiraz and Cojón de gato that was formerly used to give body to other wines.
It is made through the cold maceration process and has undergone a short period of 3 months in French oak barrels. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at low temperature to preserve the fruit aromas.
Bright yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose, the presence of flower essences that lead to elegant citrus, fruity and herbaceous notes with slight hints of caramel. In the mouth it is sweet, smooth, velvety, with notes of exotic fruits.Â
