Clos de Sanjuan wine is a monovarietal red made with Bobal grape from old vineyards located on limestone soil and planted in glass, at an altitude of 750 meters.
It is a wine Aged red from the Utiel-Requena Designation of Origin and produced by Bodegas Valsangiacomo.Â
Once harvested, the grapes arrive at the winery where they follow the traditional production procedure with the distinction that the tanks that house the must are made of cement. Later and during its 15-month aging period, the wine matures in
French oak barrels, and finally rests for 6 in the bottle. Powerful attack showing its structure and character. Fresh acidity and tasty tannins, which give the wine a wide range.Â
