Description
The Cabernet Sauvignon, cultivated with care in the Enate vineyards until reaching optimum maturity, has developed its full potential in this monovarietal wine with an intense nose, very fruity, where the aromas of the grape stand out (blueberry , raspberry, pepper) Vineyards located at an altitude of between 550 and 600 meters above sea level.
The grapes are macerated with the skins until the rosé must bleeds. Once the solid residues have been eliminated, the clean must begins to ferment, under the action of selected yeasts, in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (16 ºC). After fermentation, the wine is clarified.
