Description
On the nose it shows a varietal aroma with floral and forest fruit notes and only contains only 5% alcohol. The fermentation is carried out cold in special tanks that allow the CO2 produced in the fermentation to dissolve naturally in the wine and facilitate the preservation of the aromas extracted in the fermentation. Subsequently, refrigeration is carried out to preserve the amount of sugar in the must, bottled in isobaric conditions to keep the CO2 dissolved during fermentation.
