Description
The origin of this Brandy, Peinado Solera 100 Años, was the same Dutch that supplied the region of Charante, France, during the 19th century, to supply the production of its filosered vines. This circumstance gave rise to the use of the denomination of Spanish Cognac for a large part of the 20th century. At the same time, there is an accumulation of reserves stored in oak barrels, with their dynamic aging system or soleras and criaderas, to achieve a uniform product. Depending on the aging time that the brandy is given, the different types that differ in their aromas and flavors will be like this. In this case we are talking about a brandy with 100 years of aging.
