Jack Daniels matures in new American white oak barrels under the control of the Master Distiller. The whiskey does not follow a specific time of maturation, only the Master Distiller can confirm, through a test, when Jack Daniels is ready. It retains the unique flavor of maple charcoal filtration, which makes it the real Tennessee Whisky.
