Description
For the production of Bourbon Old Virginia 6 Years are used the finest grains of corn. After the rigorous selection of the grains they are crushed and mixed to release the sugars into alcohol with yeast, during fermentation process. The obtained juice is heated and distilled several times in stills, in order to remove the alcohol. Then poured into new oak barrels that have previously been burned to carry out their aging process for a period of six years. His maturity process ends refine the bourbon giving it its smoothness and roundness.

Mouth
