Anna de Codorniu Cava Brut Nature is made from two types of grapes from different areas, Chardonnay, from Lleida and Xarel·lo, Parellada and Macabeo from the Penedes area.
It is important to plan the right time to collect the harvest, once obtained the must, add yeast and fermented musts. Once finished the fermentation process and wine are stabilized, it continues its assembly and end up spending 12 months in the cellar.
This cava is a tribute to the last person who took the surname Codorniu cava and was the first to use the type of grape Chardonnay in its blend.
