Description
Romate Solera Reserva is part of the distillery Sánchez Romate, a company founded in 1781 by Spanish businessman Juan Sánchez de la Torre in Jerez de la Frontera, this winery is currently one of the few that is still owned Jerez.
A winery that has managed to renew introducing technological advances, but still respecting the traditional process offering excellent and high quality products.
As an example we have the Romate Solera Reserva, a brandy made from palomino grape Airen and Pedro Ximénez aged in American oak barrels and distilled in copper stills using the solera system and hatcheries.
Brandy round that gives off aroma of wine and old oak in the mouth becomes soft, somewhat dry but very nice.
