Description
The single malt whiskey Aberlour 12 Years Non Chill-filtered aged in two types of barrels with the aim of achieving the maximum expression of flavour. First, it begins its maturation in traditional cendro to later finish this process in cherry barrels. A process that gives you the fruity and spicy depth of flavor with some complexity and layers of intensity. As it passes through the nose, it gives off fig essences, hints of raisins and caramels wrapped in light notes of apple and dark chocolate. On the palate, its hints of nuts and fruit are the most characteristic.
