Four-step Black is a red wine from the D. O. Bierzo produced by Martin Codax in Cacabelos, León. The vineyard of Mencía, with more than 80 years of age this planted on soils of slate and is plowed as it is not used any type of herbicide. Grape harvest is carried out manually in boxes of 20 kilos.
