His tour nose is very sweet and gives off scents of butter and some sugar fugacity. His body on the palate is sweet and smoky flavors consists touches of Madeira.

La destilería comenzó a producirse en junio de 2005 y fue la primera que se construyó en la isla de Islay en 124 años. La destilería utiliza cebada cultivada en el sitio en Rockside Farm y malteada en la destilería, así como malta de las malterías de Port Ellen y libera embotellados por separado según la fuente del grano.
