Brandy VSOP Calvados is Papidoux ""appellation Calvados Contrôlée"", a designation which ensures that the process used for its creation are defined by the INAO (Institut National des Appellations d'Origine).
This type of calvados is made from the distillation of apple cider selected especially even some apples are cooked to steam to prevent the liquid is too sweet. Its aging time is for 5 years in oak barrels.
A distillate with a bright golden hue achieved by the aging process, its pleasant aroma shows that characteristic smell of fresh apple in mouth becomes smooth and balanced.
