Heidsieck Monopole Champagne Blue Top is made from three varieties of grapes, pinot noir, chardonnay and pinot meunier, although most is pinot noir.

The grapes used for this magnificent champagne come from 70 different Cru throughout the Champagne region and follows the traditional process for its creation. A process where the final mixture is aged for 3 or 5 years before disgorging.

A crystalline and clean pale yellow straw that gives off strong woody flavors and spices that taste is strong but balanced with citrus notes, creamy roasted red fruits and getting a pristine finish.
