The craft brewery Genesis has the honor to present its beer Fortalenium, top-fermented beer aged in American oak barrels Scotch whiskey that has a very special ingredient, Madagascar vanilla.
A beer with secondary fermentation in the bottle, ie, that is unfiltered, unpasteurized.
Fortalenium is very dark brown tan that has a balance very well balanced between the scent of vanilla and the whiskey, the taste is a little bitter but smooth and harmonious where those notes of roasted malt are perceived very characteristics toast beer.
