Fermented with yeasts own. Aged for 26 months in oak barrels selected. After bottling, at least 12 months in cellar. Ideal for maridadr cheeses, red meats, stews and casseroles.

Intense and bright ruby dark garnet rim. Layer high, slow and dense tear.
Nose
berries, plum, balsamic, licorice, mint, spices like pepper, cloves and vanilla. End marked by hints of snuff, lactic notes and noble leather.
Mouth
Pleasing to the palate. Sweetness marked, pastries and a noble tannin.
