Among its qualities are that it is a natural unfiltered beer, which has a second fermentation in the bottle by the time you spend improving their flavor and aroma.

Ubicada en una ubicación estratégica, la fábrica de cerveza fue creada con el fin de abastecer bares alrededor de las canteras de pórfido vecinas para que los numerosos obreros, sedientos por el trabajo de piedra, pudieran venir a refrescarse. Rápidamente, la red de ventas se ha extendido a las aldeas vecinas.
