Description

Once fermentation is complete, the wine is placed in barrels where the malolactic fermentation is done without bottled, eliminating the only yeast with the technique of the newspaper ""batonnage"". Subsequently, ages 19 months in French oak barrels Allier, whose level of tan has been chosen carefully for this vintage.
