Description
Vilarnau Rosado Brut is a cava produced by the Vilarnau wineries, a family winery is known for its long journey in creating cavas.
Its production process is carried out with grape grenache and pinot noir, once grapes obtained his destiny is to the cellar, where refrigerated thus helping preserve their aromas. Wines are fermented grape separately in stainless steel tanks for 30 days. Once obtained all this, the second fermentation takes six weeks in underground cellars remains, once finished this process, the cava continue with the yeast for at the least 15 months.
A long process that ultimately results in a soft, fresh and creamy cava.
