Caol Ila 25 Years 70 cl Scotch malt incredibly soft pure, distilled in 1998 and bottled in 2011. The main whiskey aging in barrels made of American oak and then in barrels Muscatel. It is produced in limited edition from 2006.
Its color is a golden amber, the scent has a strong and complex peat and smoke notes perfectly combined with fruity accents. It's mild flavor with hints of grape, apple and strawberry, which combine perfectly with notes of spices and lavender, long and elegant finish.
The whiskey is ideal in its pure form, as an appetizer, digestive, with ice or with a cup of coffee.
