Chanceny Brut Excellence Vouvray 75 cl is an emblematic fine sparkling wine according to the Méthode Traditionnelle that was developed in 1953. This cuvée Vouvray ""Excellence"" is made from grapes grown in vineyards located on a plateau of limestone, overlooking the Loire river.
The grapes are harvested with care better aging in cellars tufa for over 2 years. The result is a beautiful quality with complex aromas and elegant expeciencia.
lemon golden color, with golden reflections, the nose is a rich drink, dark and quiet background toast with apple to the oven. Light jammy flavors on the palate with some yeast autolysis texture to achieve a nice finish, but not too complex.
