Glenfarclas 105 is an excellent whiskey-resistant barrels, with a history that dates back to 1968. When the original version was launched that year, Glenfarclas was the first distillery to launch a malt whisky unique to the test barrels. The traffic jam finally renamed it to 105, referring to its content of alcohol in British Proof, which amounts now to 60% ABV.
Complex, oak, apples and pears, dark caramel.
Dry, assertive, rich taste spicy, oak and fruity sherried.
