Glengoyne 21 Years 70 cl is a stale whiskey, malt rich and unique palette features notes of oak, spices and fruits and a long aftertaste impressive. Whiskey made from malted barley, dried to the air (for drying peat never used) by very slow distillation, slower than any of the manufacturers Scotland.
Then drink grows only in carefully selected sherry casks for 21 years. It is copper color with an aroma with notes of toffee, red apple strudel sherry and spices. Soft and full of rich flavor notes such as honey, fruit, oak, prunes, Christmas cake. The finish is long, warm, spicy with notes of sherry and cinnamon.
