Knappogue Castle 14 years 70 cl whiskey is a light golden color and red fruit aroma of the garden, sherry and oak. The palate contains notes of plums and apricots, along with bitter fruits like green apples and grapefruit. The finish is malty and complex, with sweet notes of vanilla that blend perfectly with the tannins of the wine and charred oak.
Irish whiskey single malt is made exclusively from malted barley without stirring before being triple distilled through pot stills and column. It is aged for more than 14 years in a combination of bourbon barrels and barrels special infused sherry.
