Traditional Cava made by wineries Perelada Castle from the three grapes of the region, Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada.
A cava is achieved thanks to the wine from the three typical grapes used to create cava, a classic style that still uses a traditional characteristic method of Peralada cavas.
The aging process is characterized by a second fermentation in bottle by the traditional method remaining in cava for fifteen months before disgorging, giving as result a pale yellow cava with aromas light fruity and with a strong personality while elegant.
