Non Age Nikka Miyagikyo 50 cl is a Japanese single malt distillery of Miyagikyo. He is a young version without declaration of age. Soft, fruity and spicy, is perfect as an aperitif.
Old gold color. The nose has a refined and rich aroma. Very floral, moves to snuff blond shades. This leaves room for mild spices, then leather and beeswax. A touch of salt. Canned citrus notes. a fine balance between sweetness and bitterness is achieved.
The palate is firm and unctuous. Coconut powder, almonds and cashews dominate the beginning. Spicy and mineral tones incense develops and ripe fruit. Long finish, serene. Dry grass and sunflower are combined with exotic fruits and flowers gentian. Also it passes the fresh nuts grilled flavors.
