Botran is a brand of rum produced by Industrias Licoreras of Guatemala, a leading organization in the production and distribution of high quality rums. Among the rums that these industries have on the market is the Botran Reserve 15 years.
This rum is prepared from the unrefined molasses obtained from the milling of sugar cane harvested in Ingenio TULULA. Rum 15 years on the same property distillate having an aging process by the traditional system hearth and jerezano criadera where barrels that have contained Bourbon, Oloroso and Porto are used.
As a result of such mixes a very elegant resort rum is obtained and deep noted for mixing the natural character of the distillate of Guatemala with the richness of the slow process of aging.
