Ramón Bilbao Gran Reserva is a wine created at the Ramón Bilbao wineries, wineries founded in 1924 by the Bilbao Murga family. A Gran Reserva red wine with Rioja Designation of Origin that uses three types of grape variety, Tempranillo, Graciano and Mazuelo.
A wine that has a process where the grape is macerated cold for two days and then be fermented at a controlled temperature for eight days. Once the fermentation is finished, the wine is macerated for nine days in contact with the skins. Finally, it is aged for 30 months in American oak barrels and rests in the bottle rack for 36 months before going on the market.
A red wine with a fruity aroma where ripe fruit stands out, blackberries plums with a touch of cherry that has a spicy and aromatic touch, a persistent wine with volume.
