Bols Sour Apple 70 cl is a high quality beverage with a very interesting flavor which carries notes of apple and cinnamon in both aroma and flavor. The liqueur is made based on a large selection of green apples tart of the type ""Granny Smith"" is based on freshly squeezed Saurer Äofel, although the Dutch distillery, of course, has not given up sweeten liqueur.
The color of Bols Sour Apple is a very striking bright green. Its aroma is delicate and full of nuances of green apple and cinnamon. The taste is just where harmony becomes perfect where it meets the sweetness and freshness of sour apple with notes of cinnamon.
Do this alone or with ice as a digestif. It is also very excellent as an ingredient to prepare cocktails like the Martini Toffee Apple or Apple.
