It has a nice bright golden straw. Its flavor is fresh, lively, with notes of honey and fresh fruit, perfectly balanced. The finish is delicate, medium length.

The scent of champagne tones are pronounced fruit and bread, to which gradually are joining notes of peach, white flowers and vanilla.

The champagne is perfect as an aperitif, goes well with lamb, mushroom dishes, shellfish.
