The brandy has a velvety, lush, elegant and round flavor with hints of spice. Nose full of deep warm notes of brandy, nuts and dried fruit and elegant hints of spices (vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg).
The brandy can be used as a standalone drink as a digestive in pure form and in the form of cocktails. It combines ideally with a pure and strong coffee custard.
