Description
Carmelo Rodero Crianza is a red wine made by Bodegas Rodero. This project started as a family project by the author with the same name, Carmelo Roder in the south of Burgos in the town of Pedrosa de Duero.
This wine with a beautiful clean bright ruby color is produced today in the Castilla y León region using Cabernet Sauvignon and Tempranillo grapes. In the mouth, it is very well structured with lots of ripe red or black fruit that is combined with roasted notes and soft liquorice. The finish is long but balanced.
It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 16 degrees with roasted red meats, raw meats, cooked, vegetables, semi-cured cheeses or grilled meats.

Comenzó a cosechar las viñas de la familia durante algunos años y vendió uvas de sus 50 hectáreas de viñedos a la legendaria bodega Vega Sicilia durante 14 años.
