Description
Otto Bestué Joven is a Spanish wine from the Somontano denomination, specifically from Aragon, which is produced by the Bodega Otto Bestué, hence its name.
The wine is briefly aged in American oak barrels and French where it is fermented between twelve to fifteen days at a controlled temperature. After ten to fifteen days, maceration is carried out in order to achieve the desired color and aroma.
On the nose, the Otto Bestué wine has a pleasant aroma of ripened red fruits. Its flavor is velvety and expressive with a medium finish. Perfect to drink while tasting grilled cheeses or red meats.
