Gin Sylvius 70 cl consists of 10 ingredients, all fresh and whole. The citrus fruits are cut by hand during the day and inside the Boompjes Onder Distillery.
Each ingredient receives the utmost care and attention, before being macerated in the purest grain alcohol. It is distilled once and only natural aromas are allowed. As you taste it, you will notice notes of anise, cinnamon on a firm base of gin. On the nose it is malty, with some notes of bread, a little sweetness and then anise and fennel. The flavor has a good texture as it is quite silky, with spicy notes at the beginning: fennel, anise, cinnamon and nutmeg. These are followed by notes of citrus oil and then pine juniper, before a nice long finish.
