The signature cocktail is a Tom and Tonic with a touch of orange peel, but it would be great on a Bloody Mary. Gin with juniper, much it was expected juniper nose and resulting taste, however, is all well integrated with citrus notes such as orange, lemon and lime, very refreshing.

Picante, but not too much, when tonic water is added, this gin is really refreshing and immensely trivial.

Notes of sweet orange and citrus are animated with an infusion of red cabbage (horseradish), which gives this gin its distinctive character. Hecho con once ingredientes botánicos como enebro, cáscara de naranja, cilantro inglés, angélica, pimienta cubeb y regaliz, así como "un toque de col rojo", también conocido como rábano picante. Debe su nombre a Thomas Dakin, quien comenzó a producir ginebra en Warrington en la segunda mitad del siglo XVIII, fundando lo que luego se convertiría en Greenall. Fue un pionero que hizo una ginebra de una calidad sorprendente por el día, y que es celebrada con razón.
